Online Trademark Appications Started on 1 August 2007

Turkish Patent Institute is put into service online trademark applications on 1 Agust 2007.
The online file inspection and search utilities of patent, tarademark and design applications have been accessible since begining of 2006.
After legal and technical arrangements of electronic signature had completed, online trademark applications are started to get from applicants who have electronic signature facilities.
The first trademark applicaion was “pipetech” which was applied by an tardemark attorney from Ankara.
